A beautiful peaceful area that as yet has been free from the ruination of man.

Nature in the raw, a moving picture show of nature's best. The sometimes dramatic weather only adds to the magic of this place. The serenity of a sunset across the loch with the mountains in its shadows is something you will keep with you for ever.

But let's not forget that The Glen is also a working place and the people who live here are part of its structure. Pictures alone do not do justice to Torridon, and this page serves only to give you a taster - you need you feel it and only then will you understand the nature of the place.
